Screamo Bands

Screamo is a very well-known genre of music in America and all over the world, and started in the early 1990s where the songs were influenced by the "emo" style of lyrics. Since then, there have been many conversions in this type of music with millions of local to international screamo bands coming up with different forms of singing.

Though it is heavily influenced or picked up from the hardcore punk music bands, it stands to be an individually identified way of loud and harsh vocal display. Even though this style is considered controversial, there are fans and listeners who appreciate the bold and direct way of composing lyrics.

They have a unique way of singing, wherein the lead singers scream out lyrics and the musicians accompany with loud unruly background music. But with their music, lyrics, enthusiasm and excitement, they prove to be far stronger than any other kind of liberating music.

There are some very famous screamo bands which are well-known even today, because of their composition and thrilling stage performances. If you think there are only male members in such bands, because of the style of their singing, think again. Girls too, do a great screamo vocal and have a very defined voice while performing.
